Last saturday, my high school friends and I had a small get together at Gerry's Grill at Shopwise Sucat!!!.
Our friend Louis is getting married and soon to be a father.....so we celebrated his announcement......
even if we rarely see each other, kahit na matagal na hinde nagkikita, ganun pa rin ang friendship....
and ang saya, kakulitan, at kung anu-ano pang kwento....
it is really nice to reminisce all the crazy things we have done!!!
sana we get to see each other always....

I just finished reading the "TWILIGHT" series by Stephenie Meyer and I really LOVED it....
I recommended it for TEEN at hearts...

We had a seminar last saturday in our office about being a VEGETARIAN.
I really want to be one and the urge became stronger when I had KALE (my shih-tzu)!!!
having Kale in my life, makes me really appreciate how he bring joys into my life and how he teaches me to care more about another animals...In the seminar they showed a video presentation on how people kill cows, pigs chickens and other animals so we can eat them (It is really morbid!!) seeing that video clip makes me realize that I have to do something about it and I want to start with myself.
The speakers explain to us what would be the benefits of being a vegetarian :
1. Healthy
2. Save Money
3. You Can Save Animals
4. PATIENCE (because when animals get killed they releases adrenaline, and that's why when we eat them
the adrenaline transfer to us that makes us short-tempered)
......and the list goes on........
The speakers provided us also foods vegetarian foods (empanada & spaghetti) to taste and it really taste good especially the empanada,,, and with a food like that it would be easy to be a vegetarian but i have to learn to cook first.
To tell you the truth since then I have a hard time eating meat again and I want to continue this,,,,It is really hard to do this because I LOVE TO EAT....and being complete vegeterian is also taking out fish meat, shrimp, and other sea foods, and this would be really hard to me. So I'm taking one step at a time so I can be a complete Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian.
